Terms of Service

chinavehiclehistory.com is operated by NEXAGENTS LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX ("we", "us").

By using the site or buying a report, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We provide vehicle history reports for vehicles manufactured in China, based on a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN):

• a free VIN check with basic vehicle identity;
• paid reports — Basic, Standard and Premium — with more detail at each level, as described on our pricing page;
• a business API and bulk reports for dealers, exporters and other companies, provided under a separate business agreement (see Business (API) on our site).

Reports are digital products. They are delivered to the email address you give at checkout and to your account dashboard, usually within minutes of payment.

You can buy reports with or without an account. If you create one:

• give accurate information and keep your sign-in details secure;
• you are responsible for activity on your account;
• you may need to verify your email address before using all features;
• you can delete your account at any time from your dashboard.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

Prices are shown on the site before you pay, including the currency. Payment is taken at checkout through PayPal, Stripe or YooMoney.

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. Because a report is delivered straight away, you ask us to supply it immediately and you lose the right to cancel once it has been delivered. This does not affect your rights under our Refund & Dispute Policy.

Business (API) customers are charged as set out in their business agreement, for example from a prepaid balance.

Refunds, coupons and disputes are covered by our Refund & Dispute Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: you get a full refund if a paid report is never delivered or you were charged twice, and our data guarantee covers reports where key records are missing.

Our reports bring together vehicle records from a wide network of trusted data sources. Vehicle history depends on what has been recorded and reported, so not every event in a vehicle's life will appear, and records may be incomplete or change over time.

For this reason we cannot guarantee that a report is complete or error-free. A report is not a vehicle inspection. Use it alongside a professional inspection and your own checks before you buy. If something in your report looks wrong, tell us and we will review it.

You may use reports to evaluate a vehicle for yourself or your business. You must not:

• resell, republish or redistribute reports or their data without our written agreement (for bulk or business use, see our API service);
• use bots, scrapers or other automated tools to access the site or extract data;
• try to break, overload or bypass the security of the site;
• use the service for anything unlawful or fraudulent, or to harass or harm anyone.

The site, its design, text, logos and the format of our reports belong to us or our licensors. Buying a report gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for the purposes in section 7. It does not give you ownership of the content.

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for decisions you make based on a report, such as buying or not buying a vehicle;
• we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or opportunities;
• our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

We may suspend or close access to the service if you break these terms, misuse the service or if required by law. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your dashboard.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country, and you can also bring a claim in your local courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed.
