We sell digital vehicle history reports (Basic, Standard and Premium) for vehicles manufactured in China. Reports are delivered to the email address provided at checkout and to your account dashboard, usually within minutes of payment.

You are entitled to a full refund if a paid report is never delivered, or if you were charged more than once for the same VIN and plan. If a section of your report is empty because no records exist in our data sources (for example, a vehicle with no maintenance records), this is not a defect of the service — but you are still covered by our data guarantee below, and you are welcome to contact us with any questions.

Reports that have been delivered and contain the purchased data are not refundable, as they are digital goods consumed on delivery. If you entered an incorrect VIN, contact us anyway — we handle honest mistakes case by case.

Contact us within 14 days of purchase via our contact page or WhatsApp, including the VIN, the email address used at checkout and your order reference. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank, card issuer or PayPal — most issues are resolved within 2 business days. We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe and YooMoney. Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Every paid report is backed by an automatic data guarantee, so you are never left paying for missing key records. If your Premium report has no maintenance records, we automatically send a $10 coupon toward your next report. If accident and insurance records are unavailable, we automatically send a coupon for a free report of the same type. These coupons arrive by email with your report, can be used once on a report of the same type, and are provided in addition to the refund rights described above.
